A: Our Returns Policy at Level Up Games, LLC:

We understand that situations may arise where a return is necessary. We accept returns for most of our products, provided they are in their original condition with unopened packaging. Sealed products must remain sealed, and single cards must be returned in the same condition. To initiate a return, please ensure it is done within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Process:

A: All items listed will be shipped from Pennsylvania, we ship 6 days a week and your order will go out the same or next day, typically orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same day.
