Level Up Games Policies

1. Hours of Operation & Contact Information
Our shop is open during the following hours:
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Closed on Wednesdays

While the shop is always open during these hours, the owner is available in-store from 12:00 PM – 3:40 PM on weekdays. Weekend visits are by appointment only.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in disruptive behavior, fraudulent activity, or any actions that negatively impact our store environment.


2. Pricing & Sales Policy
• Prices are as marked, and all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
• State sales tax will be collected on every sale.
Out-of-Stock Pricing: The price of an out-of-stock item listed on the website should not be assumed to be the price should the item come back in stock. Prices may change due to market conditions, availability, and other factors.
Hold Policy: We do not hold items. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.


3. Buying & Trade Policy
• Trade-in rates are subject to change without notice. To see current trade-in and cash rates, Click Here.
• Customers can receive cash or store credit, with store credit offering the best value.
• Payouts cannot be split between cash and store credit. Any unspent store credit will be added to your account for future use. If you don’t have an account, we’ll create one for you.
Store credit is not transferable and has no cash value. It may only be used toward purchases made at Level Up Games.
Accepted Items: We buy and trade Pokémon cards, sealed products, and collectibles in good condition. We are also open to other collectibles.

• We do not accept counterfeit, proxy, damaged, or altered cards.

4. Refunds & Returns
• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
• If you experience an issue with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly.


5. Shipping & Online Orders
Order Processing: Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Shipping Coverage: We currently only ship within the United States.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If your package is lost during transit, please contact USPS or reach out to us within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
    Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.


6. Events, Giveaways & Promotions
Giveaway Eligibility: To enter a giveaway, participants must follow all entry steps (e.g., like, share, tag friends). One entry per person.
Winner Selection: Winners are chosen using a random picker tool and announced publicly.


7. Counterfeit Cards & Fraud Prevention
• We do not accept counterfeit, proxy, or fake Pokémon cards.
• All trades and purchases are carefully verified for authenticity.
• Orders flagged as high-risk by Shopify will be canceled and refunded.


8. Preorders & Special Orders
Preorders are subject to estimated arrival times, manufacturer, and distributor shipping schedules.
Special Orders: We offer the ability to place special orders for products upon request. Before accepting a deposit, we will check for availability.
Preorders and special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit.


9. Sales Tax
• Sales tax will be applied where required by law and will be automatically calculated at checkout.


10. Store Policies Subject to Change
Policy Updates: These policies are subject to change. We will notify customers of any significant changes on our website, and updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting.
