What is Level Up Games?
Level Up Games, LLC is a trusted destination for collectors looking to buy authentic trading cards and sealed products. We specialize in Pokémon TCG singles and a wide selection of sealed English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Indonesian products, along with video games, consoles, and collectibles to help you grow and enjoy your collection.
Where is Level Up Games located?
Level Up Games is a physical storefront located inside The Red Rocker vendor mall at 15 Hershey Road in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. We serve customers from across central PA and ship nationwide through our online store. For directions, hours, and more details, visit our Visit Our Shop page.
Do you have a physical store or are you online only?
Both. You can shop in person at our storefront inside The Red Rocker in Shippensburg, PA, or order online at levelupgames.shop. Online orders can be shipped or picked up in store.
What payment methods do you accept?
In person: Cash, credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App.

Do you host events?

Is Level Up Games sometimes searched for as "LVL Up Games", "Level Up Gaming" or "Levelup cards?"
Yes. Some customers search for Level Up Games using shortened or alternate spellings such as "LVL Up Games", "Level Up Gaming" or "Levelup cards." Level Up Games is a Pokémon Trading Card Game retailer based in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, offering Pokémon singles, sealed products, and graded cards both online and through local in-store pickup.
Products & Authenticity
What languages and regions of sealed product do you carry?
We carry sealed Pokémon TCG products in English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Indonesian. We also stock singles from these regions when available. International products are a key part of our selection and a differentiator for collectors in the Shippensburg and central PA area.
Where do you source your products?
We source our sealed products directly from trusted channels in Japan, Korea, and China, in addition to our authorized US distribution access and partnerships with other reputable businesses. How do you grade or condition the cards you sell?
We follow industry-standard condition grading for all of our cards (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, etc.). Conditions are listed clearly on each product. If you have questions about a specific card's condition before purchasing, feel free to reach out.
Do you sell graded cards?
Yes, we carry a limited selection of graded cards (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.) mixed in with our singles catalog. Availability changes frequently — check our online store or visit us in person to see what's currently in stock.
What video games do you sell?
We specialize in Nintendo games and consoles — Switch, Switch Lite, Switch OLED, Switch 2, 3DS family, DS family, Game Boy era hardware, and classic Nintendo titles. We carry both new and pre-owned games and hardware. Used items are tested before sale, and condition details are disclosed on each listing. We are open to carrying other consoles and platforms on a case-by-case basis.
What if a card I receive isn't in the condition described?
If a single card arrives in a condition that doesn't match what was described, please contact greg@levelupgames.shop within 5 days of delivery with photos. Depending on the market value of the card and the situation, we'll handle it with a return, full refund, or partial refund. See our Store Policies page for full details.
Shipping & Handling
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. We ship six days a week from Pennsylvania.
What is your return policy?
All TCG sales are final unless the item arrives damaged to the point of being unusable. Factory variance, pull-rate complaints, and tears or imperfections in shrink wrap are not eligible for returns or refunds. We offer return policies on video games, consoles, and toys: 14 days on new and used games, 30-day defect warranty on used consoles, and 14 days unopened on new consoles. Do you offer warranties on used consoles?
Yes. Every used console we sell comes with a 30-day defect warranty covering hardware defects, battery failure beyond normal use, and other functional issues that arise during normal use. Consoles with replaced sticks include an additional 45-day warranty on the replaced sticks specifically. See our Store Policies page for full warranty details.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes. Please use a standard shipping address, or select in-store pickup at checkout.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered, Level Up Games is not responsible for theft or loss. If a package is lost during transit and the shipping label was purchased through us, we will assist with filing a claim. Please contact us within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order ships. You can use the tracking link to follow your package through delivery.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes can be made anytime before the order has shipped. If you need to update or modify your order, please reach out as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, no further changes can be made.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at greg@levelupgames.shop if you've entered the wrong shipping address. As long as the order has not shipped yet, we can update it. Once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. We offer pre-orders on select upcoming Pokémon TCG sets, other trading card products, and video games and consoles. For full details on how pre-orders work, payment, timelines, and our fulfillment policy, see our Pre-Orders & Backorders page.
Can I use store credit or a discount code on a pre-order?
Yes. Store credit and discount codes can both be applied toward pre-orders and backorders. Only one discount code may be used per order.
Buying & Trade Questions
Can I sell or trade in person?
Yes. You can sell or trade cards, sealed products, video games, and consoles in person at our shop inside The Red Rocker during business hours. For current rates and what we're buying, see our Sell & Trade page.
How long does the inspection process take?
Once we receive your cards, they are typically inspected within 24 hours. Payment or store credit is usually issued within 24 to 48 hours after inspection.
Can I trade sealed products?
Yes. We accept some sealed products. Please send photos in advance and we will provide an offer based on current market value. Current rates can be found on our Sell & Trade page.
Can I cancel a trade after shipping my cards?
If you wish to cancel a trade, please notify us before shipping. Once cards arrive at Level Up Games, the trade or purchase will proceed as originally agreed.
What items are you not currently accepting?
We are not accepting bulk cards or code cards at this time. Accepted items may change based on demand. Please refer to our Sell & Trade page for the most current information.
Do you accept damaged or heavily played cards?
We typically do not accept damaged or heavily played cards. If you are unsure about condition, you may send photos and we will evaluate them on a case-by-case basis.
Rewards & Account
What is Poké Perks?
Poké Perks is our customer rewards program. Earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them for store credit and special perks. For full details on how to earn and redeem, visit the Poké Perks Rewards page.
Do I need an account to order?
No, an account is not required to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to earn Poké Perks points and track your order history.
How does store credit work?
Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may only be used toward purchases made at Level Up Games, both online and in store. Store credit and discount codes can be applied toward pre-orders. To redeem your store credit, click the Poké Perks button on any page of our website.
Can I reserve or place an item on hold?
We do not place items on hold. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. However, items purchased online for in-store pickup will be held for you for up to two weeks after notification. See In-Store Pickup for details.
