Shipping & Handling
When will my items be shipped after payment?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days, typically the same day if placed before 2 PM EST. We ship 6 days a week from Pennsylvania.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If you experience an issue with a product, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Where are items shipped from?
All items are shipped from Pennsylvania.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked as "Delivered," we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if a shipping label was provided by Level Up Games. Please reach out within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Buy & Trade FAQs
How long does the inspection process take?
Once we receive your cards, we inspect them within 24 hours. Payment or trade processing is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I trade sealed products?
Yes! We accept some sealed products. Send us pictures, and we’ll provide an offer based on current market rates.
What if I decide to cancel after shipping my cards?
Please notify us if you wish to cancel a trade before shipping. Once cards are received, the trade or purchase will proceed as agreed.
What types of items are you currently not accepting?
We do not currently accept bulk cards or code cards. Please refer to our rates page for the types of items we are actively seeking.
Do you accept damaged or heavily played cards?
We typically do not accept cards in damaged or heavily played condition. If you are unsure, feel free to send photos for evaluation.
Can I use store credit online or give it to someone else?
Store credit has no cash value, is not transferable, and may only be used for purchases made at Level Up Games.
Can I reserve an item or ask you to hold it?
We do not hold items. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
