Pickup Timing & Location

Pickup orders are typically ready in 1–36 hours, depending on whether the item is located in the shop or in backstock.
Orders placed before 11 AM have a good chance of being fulfilled the same day.

Pickup Hours:

• Monday: 11 AM – 7 PM
• Tuesday: 12 PM – 3:30 PM (use the Red Rocker back door on Tuesdays)
• Wednesday: No pickup available
• Thursday: 11 AM – 7 PM
• Friday: 11 AM – 7 PM
• Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM

In-Person Hours at the Level Up Games Counter:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 12 PM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 12 PM – 6:30 PM

During these hours, you can come directly to the Level Up Games counter. Outside of these times—or if we’re temporarily away—just ask one of the friendly Red Rocker staff and they’ll be happy to help you with your pickup.

We also ask that you check and verify your order upon receipt while a staff member is present to ensure everything is correct.

How do I select in-store pickup at checkout?

During checkout, you’ll see an option to choose local pickup. Simply select that instead of shipping.

Where do I go to pick up my order?

We’re located inside The Red Rocker in Shippensburg, PA. Follow the pickup instructions based on the day you're visiting (see above).

Can someone else pick up my order?

Yes. Just include their name in the order notes or contact us ahead of time to let us know.

Is there a time limit to pick up my order?

We recommend picking up your order within 7 days of receiving the ready-for-pickup email. If you need more time, just reach out.

Can I still earn Poké Perks with in-store pickup?

Absolutely. Any eligible purchase—whether shipped or picked up in person—earns Poké Perks rewards when you shop through your account.
