Poké Perks is the official rewards program for Level Up Games, created to give back to our community of Pokémon collectors and players in Shippensburg, central Pennsylvania, and beyond. Whether you shop online or visit us in person at The Red Rocker, eligible purchases earn Poké Points that can be redeemed for store credit on future orders.

Creating an account on our website automatically enrolls you in Poké Perks and allows you to start earning and tracking points right away.

Poké Points never expire. Take your time earning and redeem whenever you're ready.

In-store shoppers can also earn Poké Points on purchases made through The Red Rocker register. Simply show your receipt, and we'll add the points to your account.

Eligible purchases include online orders, in-store purchases, and pre-orders and backorders. Trade-ins and items sold to Level Up Games do not earn Poké Points.

Redeeming Your Rewards

How Rewards Work

Poké Points are redeemed for store credit that can be used both online and in store. The lowest redemption tier is 10,000 points for $1 off, with larger reward tiers available as your point balance grows — up to $100 off depending on your total points.

To redeem your rewards, click the Poké Perks button on any page of our website, choose your reward, and apply the resulting code at checkout.

Stacking with discount codes: Store credit from Poké Perks can be combined with one discount code per order. See our Store Policies for full details on discount code usage.
Returns & Refunds

Points and Refunded Orders

If an order is refunded or returned, any Poké Points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account balance. This keeps the program fair for all customers and ensures point balances accurately reflect completed orders.
