Sharing Level Up Games with friends is easy — and rewarding. Our referral program lets you invite new customers to shop with us online while earning store credit through Poké Perks. Whether you're a long-time collector or new to Pokémon TCG, every successful referral helps grow our Shippensburg, PA community.

This program is our way of saying thank you for helping grow the Level Up Games community.

Please note: Referral rewards apply only to purchases made through our online store. In-store purchases do not qualify for referral rewards.

Referral Program FAQ
Where do I find my referral link?
Click the gold Poké Perks button in the bottom-right corner of any page on our website. After logging into your account, your referral link will appear inside the rewards panel.
Who can I share my referral link with?
You may share your link with friends, family, coworkers, or your audience if you're a content creator. Spam, abuse, or misuse of referral links is not permitted and may result in removal from the referral or rewards program. See our Store Policies for full details.
Who counts as a "new customer"?
A new customer is anyone who has not previously placed an order with Level Up Games. Existing customers, even those who have only created an account but not yet ordered, may qualify if they have not made a purchase before.
When do I receive my $6 reward?
Your $6 store credit is added automatically to your Poké Perks account once the person you referred completes their first online order.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for referral rewards?
No. Your referred friend's first order qualifies regardless of the order total, as long as they use your referral link at checkout.
Can I use my own referral link?
No. Referral links must be used by new customers only. Creating duplicate accounts or using your own referral link will result in disqualification from the referral and rewards programs.
Can my friend use my referral link in store?
No. Referral rewards apply to online purchases only. If your friend wants to shop in person, they're welcome to visit us at The Red Rocker in Shippensburg, PA, but the referral discount only applies to online orders.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No. There is no limit. Each successful referral earns an additional $6 in store credit.
Do referral rewards expire?
Referral rewards do not expire, the same as regular Poké Perks store credit. However, we recommend using them during new releases or special promotions.
Can I stack a referral discount with a discount code?
Referral discounts apply automatically when your friend uses your link at checkout. Only one discount code may be used per order, so a referral discount may or may not stack with an additional code depending on the promotion. Store credit from your account can always be applied alongside the referral discount.
What if my referred friend cancels or returns their first order?
If a referred order is canceled or refunded, the corresponding $6 referral reward will be deducted from your account balance. This keeps the program fair for all customers.
What if my friend forgets to use my referral link?
Referral rewards are only applied when your unique referral link is used during checkout. Make sure your friend clicks your link and completes their purchase in the same browsing session.
