• We currently only ship within the United States.
• Shipping rates vary based on location and package weight.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• We package all orders carefully and securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Free Shipping

• Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Once a package is marked as "Delivered," Level Up Games is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If your package is lost during transit, please contact USPS or reach out to us within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
• All shipments are insured, and we encourage you to file a claim with USPS if an issue occurs.
