Looking to sell or trade your Pokémon or One Piece cards? We offer competitive rates and a hassle-free process to help you turn your collection into cash or store credit for even more great products!

Our Rates

We currently offer the following trade-in values based on condition and market demand:

  • Double Rare & Ultra Rare (ex, V, VMAX, VSTAR) – Cash: 50% | Store Credit: 60%
  • IR/SIR/WOTC Under $20 – Cash: 60% | Store Credit: 70%
  • IR/SIR/WOTC Over $20 – Cash: 65% | Store Credit: 75%
  • Graded Cards (PSA 10, PSA 9 case-by-case)Cash: 65% | Store Credit: 75%

Please Note:

  • We are currently accepting PSA 10 graded cards and may consider PSA 9 or other grading companies on a case-by-case basis.
  • We do not buy bulk or code cards.
  • Offers for cards from newly released sets may be significantly lower than listed rates due to market volatility. Final rates will be determined at the time of trade.
  • Trade Bonus for Store Credit

Opting for store credit instead of cash? You’ll receive a higher payout percentage!

🚫 No Splitting Between Cash & Store Credit: Payouts must be either entirely in cash or entirely in store credit. Any unspent store credit will be added to your account for future use.

How to Trade

  • Stop by During Business Hours – Visit us in-store to start your trade.
  • By Appointment – For a faster experience, message us on Facebook to set up an appointment.
  • Send Photos in Advance – We highly recommend sending pictures of your cards before visiting. This allows us to review your collection and provide an offer ahead of time.

Mail-In Trades & Purchases

Not local to Shippensburg? No worries! We offer mail-in trades for customers who can’t visit in person.

Mail-In Rates

  • Same trade-in values as in-store transactions.
  • Store credit bonus applies to trade-ins just like in-person trades.
  • No splitting between cash and store credit—your payout must be one or the other.

How It Works

  1. Start with a Message – Send us photos of your cards via Facebook Messenger.
  2. Get an Offer – We’ll review your collection and finalize an offer.
  3. Ship Your Cards – Once the offer is confirmed, we’ll send you a shipping label.
  4. Inspection & Payment – Upon arrival, we’ll inspect your cards and issue payment within 24–48 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the inspection process take?

We inspect your cards within 24 hours of receiving them, and payments or store credit are issued shortly after, typically within 48 hours.

Do you accept sealed products?

Yes, we may consider sealed products! Send us a message with photos, and we’ll provide an offer.

What if I decide to cancel after shipping my cards?

Once your cards arrive, the trade or purchase will proceed as agreed. If you wish to cancel, please notify us before shipping.

What happens if my shipment is lost?

If you use a shipping label provided by Level Up Games, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. However, we are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses or inadequate packaging.

Are there any items you don’t accept?

At this time, we do not buy bulk cards, code cards, or heavily damaged cards. If unsure, send us photos for evaluation.

Trade & Sales Policies

Level Up Games reserves the right to:

  • Refuse trades at our discretion, including counterfeit or altered cards.
  • Adjust offers based on market changes, condition discrepancies, or authenticity concerns.
  • Deduct payment for any misrepresented items.
  • Destroy counterfeit cards without returning them.

Shipping Responsibilities

  • We are not responsible for damage due to poor packaging—please package all shipments securely.
  • We are not liable for lost shipments. Use tracked and insured shipping for protection.
