In-store pickup is a free and convenient option for local customers in Shippensburg and central Pennsylvania who want to place an order online and collect it in person at our shop inside The Red Rocker at 15 Hershey Road. Pickup Timing
When Your Order Will Be Ready
Pickup orders are typically ready within 4–24 hours, depending on whether the items are in the shop or in backstock. Orders placed before 2 PM often qualify for same-day pickup. You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready.

Sunday Note: On the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, Greg will be in from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM. On the 2nd and 4th Sunday, Greg will be off. You can always shop and pick up orders when Greg isn't in — The Red Rocker crew will be happy to help you. If we are temporarily away from the counter on any day, any Red Rocker staff member can assist you.

Where do I pick up my order?
Orders are picked up inside
The Red Rocker at 15 Hershey Road in Shippensburg, PA at the Level Up Games counter.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. Anyone can pick up your order on your behalf, but you need to contact us in advance to let us know who you are authorizing. They will need to provide their name and confirm the order details at pickup.
Is there a time limit for pickup?
Pickup orders are held for
up to two weeks after you receive the ready-for-pickup notification. If you need additional time, please contact us at
greg@levelupgames.shop.
Do pickup orders earn Poké Perks?
Yes. All eligible pickup orders earn
Poké Perks points when placed through your account.
