Culdcept The First Saturn Tribute restores the 1997 Sega Saturn original, the game that began a series built on one idea: a Monopoly-style board where every square is contested with a card game. You roll to move, summon creatures to claim land, and levy tolls on anyone unlucky enough to land there, all while working towards a target amount of magic and a return to the castle to win. Your deck — a "book" of fifty cards drawn from a pool of more than three hundred — decides whether you play for board control, cheap creatures or a single devastating spell. This release adds modern conveniences the Saturn never had, including save and load at any point and a rewind to any checkpoint you have passed.
