New

Good

Items in Good condition show noticeable but moderate wear from normal use. Cases or hardware may have scratches, sticker residue, small cracks, or edge wear. Acceptable

Items in Acceptable condition show heavier cosmetic wear. Cases or hardware may have cracks, missing pieces, discoloration, or significant wear.
