A factory-sealed 1999 Japanese 3-card set from the Southern Islands Tropical Island collection, featuring the rare Jungle region artwork with Lickitung, Vileplume, and Primeape.

The Southern Islands Tropical Island Jungle Set is a vintage Japanese-exclusive promotional set released on July 17, 1999, in conjunction with Pokémon the Movie 2000. The set contains 3 fixed cards — Lickitung, a reverse holofoil Vileplume, and Primeape — each featuring panoramic jungle artwork by Naoyo Kimura that connects with the other Tropical Island cards to form a complete island scene. The Tropical Island and Rainbow Island sets were never released in English in this format, making this a Japan-exclusive collectible. It uses the classic Base-through-Rocket card back design, making it the only set to feature Gen II Pokémon on that style of card back. A full-art postcard is included inside the sealed package.
