The Rising Volt Tacklers sail back into the Gem Pack series — every card is holographic, featuring exclusive Pokémon Horizons artwork of Floragato, Crocalor, Quaxwell, and Captain Pikachu.

The Horizons Gem Pack Vol. 5 Booster Box is a Simplified Chinese exclusive returning to the Pokémon Horizons storyline first introduced in Vol. 1. While Vol. 1 featured the base-form starters, Vol. 5 follows the next stage of the journey with middle evolutions Floragato, Crocalor, and Quaxwell alongside their trainers Liko, Roy, and Dot. A standout Captain Pikachu Illustration Rare depicts him and Friede aboard the Brave Olivine gazing toward the horizon. All four Illustration Rares are exclusive to Simplified Chinese and are not expected to receive an English print. Every card in the set is holographic, with multiple foil treatments including attribute-pattern holos, Master Ball-pattern holos, and gold-stamped Gem Pack variants. Each booster box contains 18 packs with 4 cards per pack (72 cards total), with every pack guaranteeing at least one higher-rarity pull. Pull rates average one Triple Rare (★★★) per box. All cards are printed in Japan.
